FAQ
Clear answers, no mystery.
We’re happy to talk live, but here are the essentials around consent, STI testing, phones, membership, and community etiquette.
Need a quick answer?
If you don’t see it here, email team@topfloorclub.com. We respond quickly.
Who do you welcome?
Creators, connectors, nurturers, and people who practice consent with rigor. We welcome all genders and orientations who respect boundaries and the container.
How do invites work?
Apply for membership. Once accepted, you’ll receive releases via riseto.org and the members WhatsApp. Payments and confirmations stay on riseto.org.
Do couples apply together?
Yes. Share both partners’ info in one application. Align your boundaries before arrival and keep checking in during the night.
What are the STI requirements?
STI test within 3 months of the event. Required: throat swab for oral gonorrhea, genital gonorrhea/chlamydia, syphilis, HIV-1/2. Condoms required for vaginal or anal penetration unless fluid-bonded.
Can I take photos?
No photos or video in shared spaces during party hours. Limited, fully consented photos are allowed only before doors open or after 7:00 AM, or privately in your own room/bathroom. Phones stay out of sight except briefly in bathrooms.
What is your substance policy?
No illicit substances. If you appear over-intoxicated you may be paused or asked to leave; bartenders can refuse service. Smoking/vaping only on designated balconies.
How do you handle incidents?
Guardians intervene, stop action, support those impacted, document, and escalate. Actions can include warnings, pauses, removal from chats, or removal from events and membership.
What about WhatsApp etiquette?
Members-only groups. No unsolicited DMs; invite DMs in-thread. No double-posting across groups. No harassment, discrimination, or political debates. Promotions need host approval (except in the offers group).
Accessibility or special requests?
Tell us what support you need—mobility, sensory, or social. We’ll prepare the space and team for you.
Need to pause or return?
Email us to pause. If you’re returning, we’ll align on timing and expectations. If you were paused for safety reasons, we’ll share steps for potential reinstatement.
