The experience

Designed for ease, intimacy, and informed choice.

Every step—from your first “hello” to the last elevator ride down—is choreographed to keep you grounded, respected, and free to play.

Before you arrive

  • Complete STI testing within 3 months (include throat swab for oral gonorrhea) and bring results.
  • Plan your boundaries and signals; “red” stops everything, no questions asked.
  • Phones stay hidden once you enter the suite; no photos in shared spaces.
  • Arrive healthy—skip if you’re under the weather.

Flow

Your night, step by step

01

Arrivals & grounding

Check-in with hosts, drop phones away, and get oriented to consent colors and the no-photo policy.

02

Connection time

Easeful intros and prompts make it easy to meet people without pressure.

03

Dance-first energy

Two floors of music—curated DJs and live musicians—so you can arrive in your body before you explore.

04

Guided play

Hosted suites, clean linens, gloves, condoms, dental dams, lube, and guardians nearby for support.

05

Aftercare & softness

Quiet rooms, hydration, and blankets. Guardians help you land, debrief, or step out discreetly.

Spaces you’ll notice

  • Connection lounges. Warm lighting, soft seating, clear hosts.
  • Dance floors. Music-forward, immersive, and always phone-free.
  • Play suites. Hosted, stocked, and reset throughout the night.
  • Serenity room. A quiet refuge for rest, aftercare, or emotional reset.
  • Balconies. Smoke/vape only outside; balcony play is limited to protected areas.

Consent signals

Green · Yellow · Red

“Green” means all good; “yellow” means check in; “red” means stop. Guardians enforce red immediately and document incidents.

Casual touch

Ask more, assume less

Even light touch should be deliberate. No unsolicited DMs or hallway grabs; let people opt in with clarity.

Photos & phones

Present-first nights

Phones stay out of sight except in bathrooms. No photos in shared spaces; limited, consented photos only before doors open or after 7:00 AM.

Prepare well

Enhance your Top Floor experience

  • Arrive rested, hydrated, and fed enough to feel steady.
  • Pack light layers; stash valuables at home and keep essentials on your body.
  • Set personal boundaries before you arrive and share them with partners.
  • Plan safer sex choices: condoms for penetration, gloves for switching between partners, and hand washing between scenes.
  • Agree on signals with your partner if you’re coming together; plan check-ins during the night.
  • Give yourself aftercare: water, quiet time, affirmations, or a calm ride home.

For couples & groups

  • Talk through boundaries and outs before you arrive; keep them adjustable.
  • Decide who initiates new connections and how you’ll check in mid-scene.
  • Pause together if one of you goes yellow; honor “red” immediately.
  • Share desires openly—this night is best when everyone has clarity.
